Hey, I’m Nia.
I’ve been a serial entrepreneur since 2006 — starting my first hustle at just 14 years old. But my true breakthrough came in 2016 when I launched Tipsy Topics & Textures and turned my creativity into a real, revenue-generating business.
At the time, I was a struggling single mom of two, newly relocated to Atlanta, working part-time at a cellphone store while building my dream after hours. I didn’t have investors. I didn’t have insider access. I didn’t have a blueprint.
So I built one.
I became obsessed with mastering marketing, branding, and networking — not just to grow a business, but to grow into the woman I needed to become. That journey didn’t just change my income. It transformed my confidence, my discipline, and my ability to show up powerfully in motherhood.
The Black Mompreneur™ was born from that evolution.
TBM is the collective voice behind The Black Mompreneur™ — a platform dedicated to helping Black mothers build profitable businesses while raising families. Through culturally relevant storytelling and practical, no-fluff guidance, TBM shares insights rooted in real life, real challenges, and real growth.
Created under the Market 2 Millions ecosystem, TBM exists to remind Black moms that:
• Their journey is valid.
• Their ideas are valuable.
• Their success can look however they define it.
Too many of us were locked out of “the secrets.” Too many were handed motivation instead of strategy.
TBM is different.
Here, we share real systems. Real blueprints. Real steps.
Because money is unlimited. Access should be too.
If you’re ready to build wealth without abandoning your family, your culture, or yourself — welcome home.
